Just wanted to drop a line and let you know how pleased I have been
with the tech support service. We have been having some problems working all the
kinks out on our end and calling tech support for assistance has been
necessary. They have been very patient and professional every time they
have helped me. Without their help I would have been totally lost.
I've not been down for training yet and hope to do so soon but in the
meantime I have needed help. Thank you for providing this service to

Last Monday and
Tuesday I attended a very informative and pleasant
2-day V7 update class conducted by Chuck Beckas. It's the first time
I've had a formal Mastercam class and it makes me realize how crucial
it is to get this training. I've passed those feelings on to management here at American

Greg's visit went well, he sure knows his stuff. It's encouraging to know
that knowledgeable people such as Greg and yourself support the MasterCAM
product. He made me feel very comfortable, even when asking the "there are
no dumb questions" questions. I look forward to learning and implementing
