Our wide variety of training offerings which includes online courses, classroom and on-site training, books, tutorials, and DVDs enable us to craft a traininig program that suites your own objectives, time requirements and budget.

Class sizes may vary depending on availability, scheduling, and class content with a maximum of (14) students for each class. Each student will have (1) computer assigned to them for the duration of each class.

Due to the high demand for training, advanced payment is required for enrollment and to secure a reservation for each class. Payment must be received (2) weeks prior to the beginning of each class.


Cancellation

Due to the high demand for training, a fee of $200.00 will be charged for any classes canceled less than (2) weeks prior to the start of each class. In the case of a cancellation, the remainder of the enrollment cost (class cost minus $200.00 cancellation fee) will be applied towards a future class, based on availability. No refunds are given for cancellation within (2) weeks of the start of class

Multi-Unit Implant Systems

The new 2-CONnect system from NT-Trading is specifically designed for fabricating hybrid multi-unit restorations like screw-retained bridges and implant bars. The system enables connecting implants with up to 35 degree divergence. It uses all digital manufacturing and is incredibly accurate.

The 2-CONnect Abutment consists of one Abutment with screw (for fixation of abutment to the implant) and one titanium cap with one tiny screw (fixed into the hollow Abutment screw). The cap on top fits exactly to the abutment-geometry and does not have a rotation fixation, so it is easy to work with.

The latest version of our NT-Abutment cartridge for the VersaMILL 5X introduces many advantages and improvements over standard products.

Our abutment manufacturing system utilizes the same base fixture utilized for zirconia cartridges. This time and money saving approach, coupled with the ability to easily swap between the VersaMILL’s dual coolant tanks makes transitioning between machining titanium abutment blanks and zirconia easier than ever.

The abutment cartridge mounts directly into the standard VersaMILL 5X fixture so there is no need for technicians to go through a complicated and lengthy calibration routine.

Description:  This 4-day course is the first part of the 8-day Mastercam Mill training curriculum. It will provide students with the basic skills required to develop NC programs that require 2-axis and 3-axis milling operations. The student will be introduced to the basic concepts of CAD/CAM geometry creation, editing techniques, as well as 2 and 3-axis machining functions including; contouring, pocketing, drilling, toolpath verification, and post processing. Students will also learn how to create and manage geometry, tool libraries, and machining operations.

Prerequisites: MastercamU Mill Design and Toolpath on-line course or like experience. Class is suitable for first time users of CAD/CAM Software. Some computer experience is helpful but not required.

Description: This 4-day course is the second part of the 8-day Mastercam Mill training curriculum. It will provide students with the basic skills required to develop NC programs that require 2-axis and 3-axis milling operations. The student will be introduced to the basic concepts of three-dimensional wireframe, surface and solid geometry creation and editing techniques. The student will learn rough and finish machining strategies that relate to three-dimensional surface and solid models. In addition, students will learn how to verify these types of toolpaths and post process the NC data.

Description

This is a 2-day course designed to provide the fundamental knowledge necessary to use Mastercam Multi-axis efficiently. Focus is on manipulation of geometry and generation of Multi-axis toolpaths.

The training course covers the different applications that are available by configuring the Rotary Axis Control page such as: Rotary axis positioning, 3 axis and Axis substitution. Our facility can provide an atmosphere of relaxation while encouraging interaction and education.

Students are provided the opportunity to make use of our outdoor break area which features gardens with a waterfall and koi pond. Patio tables are situated next to your water feature where students can take a break or enjoy their lunch. The stresses of the day can easily be alleviated by the sound of the cascading water leading to the pond thereby better preparing them for continued instruction.
